MOLD CUPLA |
■ Designed for single replacement of mold and die.
■ Mold/die coolant lines connect easily.
■ Wide variety of sizes provides best choice according to dimensions flow rate of coolant port. |
|
|
|
|
Features |
- Small outer diameter (18.5mm) is ideal for narrow coolant ports.
- Long sleeve system facilitates connection/disconnection of socket with plug embedded in mold/die.
- All socket hose stems have an outer diameter of 012.

Structure |
When connected are connected |
The plug and socket
engage securely, fully opening built-in valve automatically to assure maximum fluid flow. |
|
|
|
Interchangeability |
The socket and plug are interchangeable irrespective of the type of
connections. |
|
Precaution |
- The minimum hole diameter of the embedded plug is set to the outer diameter of the socket. Before machining a hole, check the size of you clamping tool. A box driver conveniently serves as a clamping tool.
- Hitting the CUPLA may reshlt in leakage (due to brass construction).
- Do not forcibly rotate CUPLA when it is connected.
Connect a nipple for deeply embedded PF type plugs.
- Use Vition packings when operating temperaturess may exceed 80℃
